Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders from ComfortWatt, a trade name of Haberdashery Sneek, Great Sminia 34, 9172 RA Ferwert, Chamber of Commerce 83266070, VAT NL003797439B05 (info@comfortwatt.com).

1. What you buy

The ComfortWatt kit consists of a case, an SD card with the ComfortWatt software and a personal setup card. A Raspberry Pi 4, power supply and network cable are not included; you buy those yourself. The kit comes with a subscription (Basic or Complete) that gives you access to the software.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including 21% VAT. You pay for the kit and shipping when you order, through Mollie. The subscription is charged automatically every month, the first time after the first month.

3. Delivery

We ship within 5 working days of payment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. You get an e-mail with your hub ID once your kit is on its way.

4. Right of withdrawal

You may return the kit within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost within 14 days; return shipping is at your cost. Use the withdrawal form or send an e-mail.

5. Subscription

The subscription runs per month and can be cancelled at any time in your account; it ends at the end of the current month. Without an active subscription ComfortWatt no longer controls your devices; they keep working as before.

6. Use and safety

Only use ComfortWatt with heaters and aircons that their manufacturer allows to be controlled remotely or by a timer, installed according to their manual. ComfortWatt does not replace a device's own thermostat or safety features.

7. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty applies to the kit. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Complaints and law

Send complaints to info@comfortwatt.com; we reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies to these terms.
